Telephone
One of the easiest ways to reach us is via telephone.
The best time to reach a member of station management
is between 10a-2p on weekdays during the academic
year, or leave a voicemail whenever is convenient
so we can return your call. If you are trying
to reach a specific staff member, please indicate
who your message is for so we can make sure your
call is returned promptly. Calls to the main studio
should be made for requests or to talk to the
current DJ. Any other station-related business
should be directed to the office number below.

We will accept any mail that you send during our
academic year. We will not accept anything sent
to us during our academic breaks since no members
of the management will be in the office. If you

Submission Guidelines
Any music that is submitted to our station must
conform to some very basic standards. We will
only accept music for airplay if it is submitted
in either CD, cassette, or vinyl record form.
No digital music such as emailed MP3 music or
music websites will be accepted or used on air.
To submit music to WOO 91 please mail your submission
to the above address and indicate "Music Director" as the
recipient. It is also helpful if the genre of
music is included in the mailing label, however,
that is not required for submission.
