I UNDERSTAND THAT ANY INFORMATION STATED ON THIS APPLICATION FOUND TO BE UNTRUTHFUL AT ANY TIME WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM THE WOO 91 ORGANIZATION UPON RECOMMENDATION OF THE PROGRAM DIRECTOR AND UPON APPROVAL BY THE MANAGEMENT TEAM.  FURTHERMORE, I UNDERSTAND THAT THE WOO 91 MANAGEMENT WILL NOT HESITATE TO PRESS CHARGES WITH THE COLLEGE’S JUDICIAL SYSTEM FOR VIOLATIONS OF THE CODE OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY ENUMERATED IN THE SCOT’S KEY.
